If you have one blog, you’ll only need to create a new project one time. Here’s how to get started!
1. Create a New Project
Once you’ve created your account and received login information, sign in and click on Projects.
Simply, add your details like your site’s name and URL (website address), add what your website is all about, along with your type of audience.
You can also add your tone of voice for your site (lots of options like casual, sarcastic, etc.) and the average word count. This can be adjusted individually for each blog post.
Once you’re done, click the Create Project button.
2. Creating a Blog Post
Once your Project is created, click the Add Content button in the upper right-hand corner.
This will bring you to a box to add the Keyword Phrase for your article.
Choose your approximate amount of Words you’d like your article to be from the dropdown. You can also add any additional context (these are commands) to tell the AI writing tool to add to your content.
You can also click on the Customize button, and it will propagate a selection of Headings for your article based on Google’s top results.
Options: You can Add additional Headings (+ sign), Refresh for a new set of Headings (circular arrow next to the “+” sign), Modify a Heading (simply click on the heading to Edit), Shift any Heading up or down (by indication of the hand on the left side of the screenshot), or Remove a Heading (checkmark next to the hand, then click the Remove button).

3. Project Dashboard
After clicking on the Create Content Now button, you’ll be taken to the project dashboard, where you’ll wait for your article to be completed.
This can take anywhere from a few minutes to upwards of 10 minutes.
Similar to the screenshot below, your Title and Edit icon, as indicated by the arrows, will only be highlighted as a link when your content creation is complete.
Once you see your Title turn blue (indicating a link), click on it, and it will bring you to your content editing window as shown below.

Once you click on Rerun button, you’ll be taken to the original screen where you entered your details for your content.
If you recall from above, you can add a heading, edit any of the existing headings or rearrange the sections.
Once you are satisfied with any modifications, click on the blue Rerun Post button. Then, rinse and repeat the process once your link highlights blue, returning you to the edit dashboard.

Once you’ve finished with your post, you’ll want to run the following 2 scans to ensure you’re good with originality.

There’s one last step, so you’ll be able to import your blog post into your WordPress dashboard under any category you choose.
Revisit your Projects where you hovered over the 3 dots, and this time, click on Manage Settings.
Scroll to the bottom where it says Post Statuses, as shown below.
Click next to “Publish” in the white space, which will create a drop-down menu.
Click on Pending Editing, scroll back to the top, and click Save.
Revisit your Content at Scale dashboard where your article is. Once you’re there you can import your content directly into your WordPress site by choosing your Category from the dropdown menu.
Then you can click on the Ready for Optimization dropdown and click on Pending Editing.
